Can I change an item after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they are placed. Orders however, can be cancelled and placed again with the correct items. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and don’t forget to include your order number. 

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind about your order, it is possible to cancel it on the same day, before we have dispatched it. Please, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

I’ve received a faulty item in my order. What should I do?

If you received an item that is not in perfect condition, contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of the issue. Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. If possible, please attach a picture with your email.


How can I pay on the ANTE webshop?

ANTE accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:
Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Your payment information is safe with us as all transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your credit card information. Your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

If you forget to add a billing address to your order email our customer service team at [email protected]. Don’t forget to include your order number and the billing address you wish to add to the invoice.

In which currencies can I place my order?

The default currency in our webshop is Euro. Currency conversion fees may be applied based on your bank’s policies. Please contact your bank for further information. We are unable to cover these extra costs.


I’m a new customer. Can I get a discount on my order?

We offer a one-time 10% discount for new customers. All you need to do is subscribe to our newsletter. Once you’ve subscribed, confirm your email address, and then you’ll receive the coupon code that you can use at checkout.

Do you offer a wholesale discount?

If you are interested in becoming a wholesale partner of ANTE, register as a distributor on the main page of www.antecouture.com or contact our sales team at [email protected].

My coupon code doesn’t work. How can I use it?

Please make sure to copy and paste the code exactly as you’ve received it. The code is case sensitive. Check you didn’t add an unnecessary space. If you still experience issues with applying the code, contact us at [email protected] Please note that we are unable to apply the code after you’ve placed your order!


Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping via DHL (worldwide) with all orders. From the moment the order leaves our warehouse orders are usually delivered in 2-3 business days within the EU and Hungary. Orders outside of the EU usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Hungarian bank holidays. Our aim is to fulfill your order in the time scale indicated above, however, we cannot take responsibility if the delivery time is longer than indicated.

How can I track my order?

ANTE will send you several e-mails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons, but only tracking links found in the shipment confirmation email. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link in order to track your shipment. We will then email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from DHL that your purchase has been delivered.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases on this site. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any UNUSED products within twenty (20) days from the date of delivery. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly fulfilled.

The product you wish to return can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted the online Return Form available on the www.anteco uture.com HUN Site within twenty (20) days of delivery. By completing and submitting our online return form you will receive your Customer Number, which you must include on your return shipping label.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received by you.
  • Disposable seals must still be attached and intact.
  • The item must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories, and must be sent in its original packaging.
  • The item must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within twenty (20) days of the date of delivery.
  • Items must be sent in one single shipment and products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.

I haven’t received any confirmation of my order.

Once our system receives your order, you will get a confirmation email about the details of your order. We will also notify you once it’s dispatched. In the email we will send you the tracking information of your order as well, so you can track the parcel. If you haven’t received any emails within an hour, please make sure to check your spam folder – and then contact our customer service team about the status of your order via email at [email protected]

I’ve tried to place an order but my payment is rejected, can you help?

In this case, please contact your credit card provider or PayPal directly, hopefully they will be able to sort this problem out as soon as possible.

I can’t log in to my account.

Please make sure that you’ve signed in with the correct email address, and that you typed your password in correctly. If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” button, and you can reset your password.
